How to Get to Tala, Cyprus
Tala (near Paphos) is most conveniently reached via Paphos International Airport, followed by a short taxi or bus ride. There is no rail network on Cyprus, so travel is by bus, taxi or hired car.
Paphos International Airport (PFO): The nearest international airport for Tala. From Paphos Airport taxi rides to Tala take around 15-25 minutes depending on traffic; taxi fares typically range from €20-35. Alternatively, take a short bus into Paphos town and change to local buses up to Tala (longer and less direct).
Larnaca Airport (LCA): Larnaca is farther (around 1-1.5 hours’ drive) but offers more international connections. From Larnaca you can take intercity buses or a taxi to Paphos, then connect to Tala - expect considerably longer travel times than flying into Paphos directly.
Train: Cyprus has no national rail network.
Bus: Local buses from Paphos town (the main bus station) serve Tala; routes are operated by local companies and timetables vary seasonally. From Paphos Airport take the local bus to Paphos bus station, then change to the Tala route. Taxis are quicker but more expensive; buses are the economical choice.
