The Synagogue of El Tránsito is a 14th-century synagogue in Toledo, Castilla-La Mancha, Spain, built for Samuel ha-Leví and noted for its richly decorated Mudéjar interior.

Its principal feature is the richly carved and painted Mudéjar plasterwork that covers the prayer hall, together with Hebrew inscriptions and horseshoe-arched openings. The building now functions as the Museo Sefardí, presenting material relating to Sephardic history and the Jewish presence in medieval Toledo.

Constructed in the mid-14th century, the synagogue later underwent changes in use following the late medieval period but retains its original decorated interior as the main surviving element. It stands in Toledo’s historic Jewish quarter, close to other major medieval monuments.
