Sutlepa is accessible by road from Haapsalu (roughly 30-40 km northwest); local county roads lead to coastal access points. The closest larger transport hub is Haapsalu train/bus links to Tallinn; from there rent a car or take regional buses toward Lääne-Nigula parish and Sutlepa environs.
