The State Kremlin Palace is a large modern performance and congress building located within the Moscow Kremlin. Constructed in the Soviet era, it was designed to host Communist Party congresses and large official events.

Audiences attend classical concerts, ballet, state ceremonies and cultural events in the main auditorium, which has seating for several thousand. The interior contains multiple halls and backstage facilities tailored to large-scale performances and official functions.

Built in the 1960s inside the Kremlin walls to provide a modern venue for party congresses, the building replaced older spaces for large gatherings. Since the Soviet period it has continued in use for state events and public cultural performances.

The palace is situated within the Moscow Kremlin complex in central Moscow, adjacent to other Kremlin governmental and historic buildings and accessible from the Kremlin grounds.

The easiest way is by metro: use Borovitskaya (Circle line), Aleksandrovsky Sad / Biblioteka Imeni Lenina (interchange with the Red line) or Arbatskaya - all stops open onto the Kremlin/Manezhnaya area. From any of these stations it is a short walk (around 5-10 minutes) to the Kremlin grounds and the Palace; vehicular access is via Mokhovaya/Vozdvizhenka streets and is restricted, so plan to arrive on foot from the nearest metro.

• The State Kremlin Palace is primarily used for official events and concerts, so the most reliable way to enter is with an event ticket-buy tickets in advance from the Kremlin's official box office or recognized sellers.
• Allow extra time before your performance for Kremlin security screening and passport/ID checks; the Palace's event entrance will be specified on your ticket, so follow that rather than attempting ad-hoc access via Red Square.
