Saturna Island is one of the Southern Gulf Islands of British Columbia, Canada, and is the easternmost of that island group. It is known for its rugged coastline, coastal trails, and pockets of protected habitat within the Gulf Islands National Park Reserve.

Notable visitor features include the East Point shoreline with rocky cliffs, trails, and marine viewing points, and the small harbour settlement around Lyall Harbour which serves as the main landing and service area.
