Okadama has a single compact terminal configured for domestic operations: check-in, security and boarding are in one building and walking distances are short. Facilities are designed for short-haul domestic travel.

No inter-terminal transfers are required since there is just the one terminal building.

Okadama is roughly 7-10 km from central Sapporo; road travel is typically 15-30 minutes depending on traffic and exact destination. There is no direct JR rail station at the airport.
