The Sabil of amir Khalil is a roadside public drinking fountain in Cairo, Egypt, and forms part of the city’s traditional network of sabils. It provided free potable water to people in the surrounding area as a charitable facility.

The fountain occupies a small street-facing niche with a dispensing opening for water; its compact scale is aimed at serving immediate pedestrian traffic. Any ornamental work is generally concentrated around the fountain aperture and adjoining masonry.

Association with amir Khalil in the name indicates patronage or endowment by that individual, consistent with the waqf system used to fund such public works. Like many sabils, its condition and maintenance have varied over time.
