Sabil-kuttab of Sulayman Bey al-Kharbutli is an Ottoman-period sabil-kuttab in Historic Cairo, part of the dense ensemble of charitable street monuments that date mainly from the 18th and 19th centuries.

It follows the standard two-level plan with a ground-floor sabil and an upper kuttab room for instruction. Decorative features usually include inscription panels, stone carving and wooden window screens that reflect local craftsmanship. The building’s compact footprint makes it a component of the streetscape rather than a freestanding complex.

Established as a waqf by a private patron to supply water and basic education, it exemplifies how individuals funded social services in Ottoman Cairo; several such structures have seen conservation interventions.

The sabil-kuttab stands in the al-Gamaleya area of Historic Cairo, close to the principal medieval thoroughfares and market districts.
