The Rocca di Ripafratta is a medieval fortress near the hamlet of Ripafratta in San Giuliano Terme, Tuscany, originating in the medieval period and overlooking the surrounding valley.

Ruined defensive walls and remnants of fortifications set on a rocky outcrop, with panoramic views across the Serchio valley and toward nearby towns. The site is small and typically visited on short walks from the village.

Built in the medieval era as part of frontier defences in the contested region between Pisa and Lucca, the fortress functioned as a military lookout and strongpoint and changed hands during regional conflicts in the Middle Ages.
