Raseborg Travel Guide
City City in Uusimaa, Finland with historical sites
Raseborg’s medieval castle ruins perch above forested cliffs; tourists explore Raseborg Castle, cycle coastal roads through archipelago villages, and linger in Tammisaari’s wooden harbour and summer festivals.
Why Visit Raseborg? #
Raseborg combines medieval ruins, craft heritage and archipelago charm along Finland’s southern coast. The ruins of Raseborg Castle and the design workshops of Fiskars Village provide two very different draws-history and contemporary crafts-while the old town of Ekenäs offers timber streets and coastal cafés. Local smoked fish and summer cultural events reinforce the region’s maritime identity and relaxed island pace.
