Nukus Airport (NCU): The closest regional airport in Karakalpakstan serving occasional domestic flights (primarily to/from Tashkent). From Nukus you typically need to continue by road; shared marshrutkas or taxis run from the airport or city centre toward smaller towns - travel times to villages in eastern Karakalpakstan vary widely and road journeys can take several hours.
Urgench Airport (UGC): A second option with more frequent domestic and some regional services. From Urgench you can hire a taxi or take intercity minibuses (marshrutkas) toward Karakalpakstan; expect a multi-hour road transfer to reach small settlements.
Train: There is no direct national passenger rail service into most villages of Karakalpakstan. The nearest long-distance railway hubs are in Nukus and Urgench; from those stations you must switch to road transport (bus, shared taxi) to reach smaller towns.
