The building is known for its residential apartments, multiple amenities and its prominent skyline profile within Dubai Marina. On completion it was the world’s tallest residential building and remains among the tallest residential towers globally.
The tower was constructed in the late 2000s and opened in the early 2010s as part of the dense high-rise development around Dubai Marina and the Jumeirah Beach Residence precinct.
Princess Tower stands on the marina waterfront in the Emirate of Dubai, close to Marina Walk and public transport links serving the Dubai Marina and Jumeirah Beach areas.
