By Air

Cristiano Ronaldo Madeira International Airport (FNC): Madeira’s main airport near Funchal is the usual arrival point for Porto da Cruz. From FNC, Porto da Cruz on the island’s north coast is about a 35-50 minute drive depending on route and traffic; taxis and car rentals are available at the airport.

Helicopter / charter: There are no regular helicopter services for this short intra-island route; private charters must be arranged in advance.

By Train & Bus

Train: Madeira has no railway network.
