Tirana International Airport (TIA): For some travellers, Tirana in Albania is an alternative when coming from the west; it’s farther (cross-border road time ~3-4 hours to Peja) and requires crossing an international border. Direct public connections are limited - buses and private transfers operate between Tirana and Kosovo cities, fares and times vary by operator.
