Patuca National Park is a protected area in the Olancho Department of Honduras that conserves tracts of rainforest and the Patuca river basin. The park covers extensive, remote terrain important for wildlife and watershed protection.

Access is generally limited and the area is visited mainly by conservation researchers, river-based expeditions and experienced ecotourists. Visitors who come focus on river landscapes, primary forest and opportunities to observe wildlife in a relatively undisturbed setting.

The area was designated as a national park to protect the Patuca basin and surrounding forest habitats from land conversion and to conserve biodiversity. Management is aimed at balancing conservation with regulated access.
