Panna National Park is a protected area in the central Indian state of Madhya Pradesh, established as a national park in 1981. It is noted for dry deciduous forest, rocky outcrops and the Ken River corridor, and is an important habitat for large mammals.

The area was formally protected as a national park in 1981 and was later notified as a tiger reserve under Project Tiger, with focused efforts on tiger conservation and habitat management.
