Mount Koma (Hakone Komagatake) is a volcanic peak in the Hakone area of Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan, reachable by an aerial ropeway from the Lake Ashi lakeside. It is a popular short-hike destination for views over the lake and surrounding mountains.

The ropeway delivers visitors close to the summit where short walking paths and viewpoints overlook Lake Ashinoko and surrounding peaks. On clear days the summit offers views of Mount Fuji and the Hakone caldera area, and there is a small shrine and visitor facilities at the top station.

From Odawara or Hakone-Yumoto take the Hakone Tozan Railway/buses toward Lake Ashi (Motohakone/Hakone-machi); from the Motohakone/Hakone-en shore take the Komagatake Ropeway up to the summit (the ropeway departs a short walk from the lakeside pier used by the Hakone sightseeing cruise). By car allow around 20-30 minutes from Odawara; from the ropeway station the viewing area is only a few minutes’ walk.
