Moominworld is a character-driven family theme park in Naantali, Finland, built around Tove Jansson’s Moomin books and characters. The park is sited on the small island of Kailo in Naantali harbour.
The park is aimed primarily at families with young children and centers on the Moominhouse, interactive character performances, themed play areas and simple rides. Activities are seasonal and focused on storytelling, live appearances by costumed characters and child-friendly exploration.
Moominworld was created to bring the Moomin stories to life as a visitor attraction and has grown into a regular seasonal destination for families visiting southwestern Finland. It operates in close partnership with Moomin rights holders to keep designs and programming faithful to the books.

How to Get to Moominworld #
Naantali is about 15 km west of Turku. By car, take the E18/Route 1 and follow signs to Naantali. Local buses run from Turku bus station to Naantali; from the Naantali harbor, the short pedestrian bridge leads to Kailo island where the park is located.
