Milot sits near Cap-Haïtien in northern Haiti and is easiest reached via Cap-Haïtien International Airport. Road transport (taxis, shared vans and tap-taps) is the practical way to complete the journey; long-distance travel from Port-au-Prince is typically by road and can be slow.

By Air

Cap-Haïtien International Airport (CAP): Cap-Haïtien is the closest airport to Milot (roughly 20-40 minutes by road depending on traffic). From CAP you can take a taxi or arrange a private transfer to Milot; expect travel times around 30-45 minutes. Taxi or private-transfer prices typically range from about USD 20-40 depending on negotiation and vehicle.

Toussaint Louverture International (PAP): Port-au-Prince’s airport is much farther (several hours by road). If arriving at PAP you can either take a domestic flight to Cap-Haïtien (when available) or travel overland by bus/coaster; overland travel from PAP to Cap-Haïtien/Milot takes many hours and is less predictable.
