Milešovka is the highest summit of the České středohoří (Central Bohemian Uplands) in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic. It is the most prominent peak of this volcanic upland.
The mountain is a distinctive local landmark with a rounded summit that provides wide views across the surrounding volcanic hills and the nearby river valleys. Hikers use marked trails to reach the top from several surrounding villages.
Milešovka is of volcanic origin, forming part of the basaltic and phonolitic structures that make up the Central Bohemian Uplands. The peak has long been noted on regional maps and described in geological surveys of northern Bohemia.
The hill stands in northern Bohemia within Ústí nad Labem Region, rising above the lowlands of the Elbe basin. It is a regional high point easily reached from nearby towns in the Ústí nad Labem area.
