The Meskheti Range is a mountain chain in southern Georgia, forming part of the Lesser Caucasus and lending its name to the historic Meskheti region.
The mountains have long been part of the historical frontier areas of Georgia, with settlement, pastoral use and routes crossing the range evolving over centuries. Control and usage have reflected broader regional history between Georgian kingdoms and neighbouring powers.
The range runs in southern Georgia, roughly parallel to the border with northeastern Turkey, and overlooks interior valleys and river systems of southwestern Georgia.
