How to Get to Medulin
Medulin is a coastal town near Pula in southern Istria. The nearest commercial airport is Pula (PUY); most visitors arrive via Pula and complete the short transfer by bus or taxi to Medulin.
Pula (PUY): Pula Airport is the closest commercial airport to Medulin (Istria). From PUY you can take a taxi or regional bus to Medulin-drive time ~20-30 minutes; taxis cost roughly €20-30.
Zagreb (ZAG): Zagreb is the larger international gateway; from Zagreb you can take a bus or drive to Istria (≈3-3.5 hr by road) or fly to Pula in season and continue by road to Medulin.
Train: There is limited direct rail access to Medulin; the nearest major rail hub is Pula railway station. From Pula take a short bus or taxi to Medulin (≈15-20 min).
Bus: Intercity buses connect Pula with major Croatian cities and regional Istrian towns; Pula→Medulin buses and local shuttles are short and frequent in tourist season (15-25 min, small local fare).
