By Air

Heydar Aliyev International (GYD) - Baku: Baku is the main international gateway to Azerbaijan. From Baku, long‑distance marshrutkas and intercity buses run southward toward Lankaran and Masalli; the road journey to Masalli takes about 4-6 hours by coach. Flight plus long coach is common for international arrivals.

Lankaran International (LLK): Lankaran is the closest airport to Masalli district with limited domestic/international services. From Lankaran airport a taxi or local bus to Masalli town is around 30-60 minutes; fares are modest (small number of AZN).

By Train & Bus
