How to Get to Cəlilabad#
Cəlilabad is reached mainly by road from Baku or Lankaran; Lankaran airport shortens the journey. There is limited rail service in the immediate area, so buses and shared minibuses (marshrutkas) are the practical choices.
Heydar Aliyev International Airport (GYD), Baku: The main international airport for Azerbaijan. From Baku you can travel overland to Cəlilabad by bus, marshrutka or private car - the road trip takes several hours.
Lankaran International Airport (LLK): Lankaran is the closer regional airport to southern Azerbaijan; from Lankaran to Cəlilabad the road journey is shorter and commonly done by bus or taxi.
