By public transit: Martin Luther King Jr. National Historical Park sits on Auburn Avenue/MLK Jr. Drive in Atlanta’s Sweet Auburn. Take MARTA rail to King Memorial station (served by the Blue and Green lines) or to Five Points/Georgia State and walk; from King Memorial it’s about a 10-15 minute walk to the visitor center and historic sites along Auburn Avenue.
By car: it’s a short drive from central Atlanta; street parking and nearby public garages are available. Use Martin Luther King Jr. Drive SE / Auburn Ave SE to reach the park.
