By Air

Hosea Kutako International Airport, Windhoek (WDH): Windhoek is the main international gateway to Namibia. From Windhoek, Mariental is reached by road - the drive is roughly 3-4 hours (around 260 km) on the B1 and local roads. Intercity coaches and private transfers operate this route.

Mariental airstrip: Mariental has a small local airstrip used mainly for charter flights and private aircraft; scheduled commercial flights are not generally available.

By Train & Bus
