Mariatrost Basilica is an early 18th century baroque pilgrimage church located on Mariatrost hill above Graz in Styria, Austria. It is one of the region’s principal pilgrimage sites and a conspicuous landmark visible from large parts of Graz.

The basilica features twin towers and a richly decorated baroque interior and offers several terraces and viewpoints that overlook Graz and the surrounding hills. Pilgrims and visitors use the site both for religious services and for the panoramic outlooks.

Construction dates place the building in the early 1700s when the present baroque form was completed; it has remained a continuous pilgrimage destination since that period. The church complex sits amid pilgrimage paths and parkland on the hilltop.
