Mariager is best reached by flying into Aalborg or Aarhus and continuing by regional train to Hobro or Randers followed by a short bus/taxi to Mariager. A hire car gives the most flexibility for exploring the Mariagerfjord area.

By Air

Aalborg Airport (AAL): Aalborg is one of the nearest airports to Mariager, with a drive of about 40-60 minutes depending on route. Taxi transfers are available and car hire is common for onward travel.
