Lyskamm Mountain

Lyskamm is a high mountain in the Pennine Alps on the border between Italy and Switzerland, with a summit elevation of 4,527 metres. It is part of the Monte Rosa massif and is known for its long, sharp ridgeline.

Climbers encounter an exposed ridge that links two main summits and requires high‑alpine experience and equipment; the profile is noted for cornices and steep faces. Snow and ice conditions make the mountain a classic objective for experienced alpinists rather than casual hikers.
