Landmark 81 is a mixed-use supertall skyscraper in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and the country’s tallest completed building. The tower rises to about 461 metres and is the focal point of the Vinhomes Central Park development.
The building contains public observation areas that provide city and river views, a multi-level retail mall, restaurants and luxury residences spread across 81 floors. Its height and riverside location make it a major destination for skyline views and urban leisure in Ho Chi Minh City.
Developed by Vingroup, construction took place in the mid-2010s and the tower officially opened in 2018 as part of a larger riverfront urban redevelopment. It was designed and finished to combine commercial, hospitality and residential functions in a single landmark structure.
Landmark 81 stands on the eastern bank of the Saigon River in Bình Thạnh District, adjacent to the central business district across the river. It is readily visible from central Ho Chi Minh City and is connected by roads and local transport to nearby districts.

Landmark 81 is in Vinhomes Central Park, Bình Thạnh District, beside Nguyen Huu Canh and the Saigon River. Taxis and ride‑hailing apps are the most convenient way to reach the tower; the nearest major transit hub is across the river at Ben Thanh Market/metro area, a short taxi ride away.
