Lake Uljaste is a small natural lake in Ida-Viru County in north-eastern Estonia, near the village of Uljaste. It occupies a glacially formed depression and is surrounded by mixed forest and farmland.
The lake is used locally for recreation such as walking and shoreline access rather than large-scale tourism. Its clear water and wooded shoreline make it a local natural amenity.
The lake was formed during the last glacial period as a kettle or basin in glacial deposits. Land use around the lake has been primarily rural and forested for many decades.

By car: Lake Uljaste is reached from Jõhvi via local roads, approximately a 20-30 minute drive. There is roadside parking near the primary viewing points. Public transport: limited; the nearest town with regular buses is Jõhvi - plan for a taxi or a walk from the nearest stop.
