Lake Notoro is a coastal lagoon on the Sea of Okhotsk coast of northeastern Hokkaido, Japan, close to the city of Abashiri. The shallow, brackish waterbody lies between the coastline and barrier beaches and is noted for its seasonal sea ice in winter.

In winter the Sea of Okhotsk produces drift ice that reaches the coast and becomes a seasonal attraction for visitors.
