How to Get to KV58 #
Located within the Valley of the Kings, KV58 is reached from the main visitors’ entrance near the Valley car park on Luxor’s West Bank. Most visitors reach the West Bank by taxi or organized tour from the east bank of Luxor; once inside the Valley follow signs and consult staff for which tombs are currently open.
Tips for Visiting KV58 #
- If interested in the archaeology rather than grand frescoes, ask the site guards about which artifacts from the tomb are on display at the nearby Luxor Museum.
- Avoid visiting just after heavy rain: the valley can be dusty and access paths muddy in places.
