Kasprowy Wierch is a 1,987-metre mountain in the Tatra range in southern Poland, on the main ridge of the Western Tatras. It is a prominent summit reached by a long-standing aerial cable car and is used for both summer hiking and winter skiing.
The summit offers wide mountain panoramas and links to alpine ridges and ski runs. The cable car provides rapid access from the Kuźnice valley area near the resort town of Zakopane, making Kasprowy Wierch one of the most frequented peaks in the Polish Tatras.
