How to Get to K2 National Park #
Most expeditions base in Skardu (flight from Islamabad or long road transfer). From Skardu, drivers and local permits are needed to reach Askole, the last village before the Baltoro Glacier; from Askole a multi-day trek (commonly 6-10 days) leads to Concordia and onward to K2 base camp.
