Junibacken is a children’s cultural centre and museum on Djurge5rden in Stockholm devoted largely to the works of Astrid Lindgren and other Swedish children’s authors. The venue presents staged sets, interactive installations and a signature Story Train ride through illustrated scenes.

How to Get to Junibacken #
Junibacken is on Djurgården island in Stockholm among the city’s museum district. From central Stockholm take tram or bus services toward Djurgården or use the Djurgården ferry from Slussen/Strömkajen to Allmänna gränd - the museum is a short walk (a few minutes) from the ferry landing and tram/bus stops. It’s also within easy walking distance of other Djurgården attractions such as the Vasa Museum and the ABBA Museum.
