Juma Mosque of Derbent is the historic Friday mosque in the walled old town of Derbent in the Republic of Dagestan, Russia, and is one of the oldest surviving mosques in the region, with origins in the early medieval period. It is part of the historic fabric of Derbent that is inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage list.

The mosque comprises a prayer hall and associated courtyard spaces used for congregational worship. The building is a focal point within the old city and is closely associated with the adjacent Naryn-Kala fortress and the narrow streets of the citadel area.
