Jagadhri is best reached by rail via the Yamunanagar-Jagadhri station or by road from Chandigarh and Delhi. For most visitors, the train plus a short taxi or auto-rickshaw is the easiest way to arrive and get into town.
Chandigarh Airport (IXC): Chandigarh is the closest full-service airport for Jagadhri; from Chandigarh you can reach Jagadhri by road in about 1-1.5 hours depending on traffic.
Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi (DEL): Delhi is a major international gateway with many more flight options; by road or train Jagadhri is reachable from Delhi in about 4-5 hours depending on the service and route.
Train: Jagadhri is served by Yamunanagar-Jagadhri railway station (often listed as Yamunanagar-Jagadhri). That station has regular trains to Ambala, Delhi and other northern destinations-an efficient option for rail travel.
