Itbayat Island is the largest and northernmost inhabited island of the Batanes group in the Philippines. It forms its own municipality within Batanes and is known for steep volcanic terrain and traditional Ivatan stone architecture.

Both options are weather-sensitive; schedule buffer days. From Manila, fly to Basco, then connect onward.
