Visitors typically use the observation deck for wide views across the city and the Bosphorus; the building also incorporates retail and residential space at its base and podium. The structure was among the tallest in Turkey at the time of its completion and forms part of the Levent skyline.
The tower was developed and built in the first decade of the 21st century as part of Levent’s expansion as a commercial and residential district.
The building stands on the European side of Istanbul in the Levent neighbourhood, close to major arterial roads such as Büyükdere Avenue and within the city’s primary business corridor.
