The International Commerce Centre (ICC) is a supertall skyscraper in West Kowloon, Hong Kong, rising to 484 metres with 118 storeys and completed in 2010. It is the tallest building in Hong Kong and a mixed-use complex combining office space, hotel accommodation, retail and public viewpoints.

Key visitor features include the Sky100 observation deck on the 100th floor with panoramic views over Victoria Harbour, and a luxury hotel occupying the top floors. The tower’s podium houses the Elements shopping mall and direct connections to Kowloon Station and the Airport Express rail line, making it a major transport and commercial hub.

The building was developed as a landmark commercial tower for West Kowloon and functions as a commercial, hospitality and retail centre serving local and international visitors. It stands adjacent to major transport links and the harbourfront.

How to Get to International Commerce Centre #

MTR: Take the West Rail Line or Tung Chung Line to Kowloon Station; the ICC is directly connected to Kowloon Station via pedestrian links and the Elements shopping mall. Airport Express users disembark at Kowloon Station and can access ICC directly. Road: Austin Road West and Lin Cheung Road provide vehicle access; valet and paid parking are available.
