Harrison is located in Boone County, northwest Arkansas, amid the scenic Ozark Mountains. Popular with outdoor enthusiasts heading for the Ozarks, it also attracts history buffs for its diverse Native Indian past. Harrison is also the perfect location for elk spotting along the National River.

Bear Creek Springs Trout Farm and Gift Shop: for the avid angler, this farm offers rainbow trout fishing with equipment available for hire and a fish cleaning service.
Hurricane River Cave: is located 16 miles south of Harrison and features a waterfall gushing a thousand gallons a minute.
