Gutenberg Castle (Burg Gutenberg) is a medieval hilltop castle above the village of Balzers in southern Liechtenstein. The site includes a prominent stone keep and defensive walls whose origins date back to the high Middle Ages.

The castle is a local landmark and viewpoint that overlooks the Rhine valley and the southern edge of the principality. It has been conserved and forms part of Balzers’ historic identity, with paths up to the castle from the village below.

Built in the medieval period, the fortress retains its core defensive features and has undergone restorations to maintain its structure. The elevated position offered strategic oversight of the surrounding area historically.

Gutenberg Castle sits on a low rocky hill immediately above Balzers village in the south of Liechtenstein, commanding views to the west and north over the countryside.
