The Guangzhou CTF Finance Centre is a supertall mixed-use skyscraper in Guangzhou’s central business district, completed in the 2010s. It combines office space, hotel rooms and residential floors within a single tower.
Designed by an international architectural firm and completed in the mid-2010s, the building was developed as part of Guangzhou’s rapid downtown expansion and skyscraper cluster. It forms one of a trio of very tall towers in the Zhujiang New Town area.
The tower stands in Guangzhou’s Tianhe district within the Zhujiang New Town commercial quarter, close to other major high-rises and cultural facilities on the east bank of the Pearl River.
