Godin Tepe is an archaeological tell in Kermanshah province in western Iran, representing a multi-period settlement with significant Bronze and Iron Age remains. The mound preserves stratified occupation layers important for the study of early western Iranian prehistory.
Large-scale excavations were carried out in the mid-20th century under the direction of archaeologists including T. Cuyler Young Jr, revealing multiple occupation phases and material culture that show connections with Mesopotamian and wider Near Eastern worlds.
