Istanbul airports (IST/SAW): If flying internationally you will most likely transfer in Istanbul. From Istanbul you can travel to Gelibolu by domestic flight to Çanakkale then bus/car, or by long-distance bus and ferry overland; expect total travel times of 5-7 hours depending on connections.
