Galvė (Lake Galvė) is a lake in Trakai, Lithuania, best known as the setting for the medieval Trakai Island Castle. The lake is a central landscape feature of the historic town of Trakai.
The castle stands on an island near the center of the lake and is reached by short boat trips or on foot via causeways from the town; viewpoints around the shore provide classic views of the brick Gothic structure. The lake contains several islands and is ringed by walking paths and small beaches used in summer.
The island castle was constructed in the medieval period by Grand Duchy builders in the 14th and 15th centuries as a defensive and administrative centre; it was restored in the 20th century and now functions as a museum and historic site. The town of Trakai developed around the lake and the castle as a political and cultural centre in earlier centuries.
Lake Galvė lies in the town of Trakai, roughly west of Vilnius in eastern Lithuania, with the island castle sited centrally within the lake and easily reached from the town’s waterfront.
- Islands and boat trips: Numerous islands are scattered across the lake, and boat trips to the island castle are a common visitor activity.

- Trakai Island Castle: Trakai Island Castle sits on one of the lake's islands and is the principal historic monument visited by most tourists to the lake.
