EMMA – Espoo Museum of Modern Art

EMMA - Espoo Museum of Modern Art is a municipal museum of modern and contemporary art located in Espoo, Finland. It opened in 2002 and is housed within the WeeGee Exhibition Centre in the Tapiola district.

The museum presents a programme of large temporary exhibitions alongside displays from its permanent collection, with educational and family-focused activities. Exhibition spaces are arranged to accommodate major shows and changing presentations of Finnish and international contemporary art.

Established by the City of Espoo and opened in 2002, the museum was created to provide a dedicated venue for the city’s modern art collection and to host touring exhibitions.
