Domoni is accessed via Ouani Airport (AJN) on Anjouan or by ferry/flight from Moroni (HAH). Local travel relies on shared taxis and minibuses; inter-island links use ferries or small aircraft.
Ouani Airport (AJN): Domoni on Anjouan is served by Ouani Airport (AJN); the taxi ride into Domoni is generally short (about 10-30 minutes) and fares are modest (a few thousand KMF).
Prince Said Ibrahim International Airport (HAH): If you arrive internationally at Moroni (HAH) you can continue to Anjouan by domestic flight or ferry-both options are used depending on schedule and luggage requirements.
Train: There is no passenger rail on the Comoros.
Bus / shared taxis: Domoni is served by local shared taxis and minibuses; these are inexpensive and the most common way to travel between towns and the airport. Inter-island ferries and flights are the main links to other islands.
