How to Get to Chuk Yuen
Chuk Yuen (Wong Tai Sin area) sits in north‑eastern Kowloon and is well connected by the MTR Kwun Tong Line and a dense bus network. The MTR is the most efficient option for most trips; buses and minibuses fill in shorter or more local connections.
Hong Kong International Airport (HKG): Arrive at HKG and take the Airport Express to Kowloon Station (about 24 minutes, ~HK$105) then transfer to the MTR network to reach Wong Tai Sin / Chuk Yuen area. Alternatively, Cityflyer routes and other airport buses will deliver you to stops on the Kowloon side with cheaper fares (around HK$48) but longer journey times.
Train: The nearest rapid transit access is Wong Tai Sin MTR station (on the Kwun Tong Line, green line) and nearby Diamond Hill (interchange to Tuen Ma/other lines). From Kowloon side interchanges it’s typically a short ride (5-15 minutes) depending on origin.
Bus: Chuk Yuen is well served by numerous KMB/Citybus routes and minibuses; buses provide good local coverage and are useful for destinations not directly adjacent to an MTR entrance.
